The “Urban eye” platform would be concentrated in the changes of the urban environment in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria taking into account different statistics that apply to the formation of a neighborhood oriented real-estate prices. It shall compare satellite images of the different regions of the city, based on predetermined district outlines (e.g. Mladost, Lyulin, Malashevci, etc.) and provide analytics on the changes inside these districts. On the basis of emergent construction sites that change the urban environment and comparison with other data metrics (such as back-data of real-estate prices, nearby green areas, metro-stations, retailer chains, quality of air and others) the platform will provide functionality for the user to predict future behavior of the market prices of the real-estates inside the selected area.
